2015年以降においてら行から始まる代表的なアイドルとしてRYUTist（りゅーてぃすと）が挙げられます。
RYUTistは新潟県を拠点として活動している4人組のアイドルグループで、2011年に結成されました。結成後、ライブやイベント、映画など多彩に展開し、人気の輪を徐々に広めていきました。
そして2015年にはファースト・アルバム「RYUTist HOME LIVE」、2016年にはセカンド・アルバム「日本海夕日ライン」、2017年にはサード・アルバム「柳都芸妓」をそれぞれリリース。これらのアルバムが好評を博し、その名が日本各地に知れ渡るようになりました。
